Zennie62Media, Inc’s Rules Of Content Creation

Or, how to avoid getting into trouble, or getting us into trouble.

Zennie62Media, Inc’s Rules Of Content Creation For Our Vlogger & Blogger Family

First, Zennie62Media, Inc. publicly welcomes all of you to our vlogger and blogger family. Some of the Zennie62Media Personalities have been with us since 2010. All of them share a desire to express their view of the news or break the news, or both. With that, we have some simple rules that we ask everyone to follow.

For Zennie62Media, Inc. YouTube Vloggers & Bloggers:

IMPORTANT! Please do not upload full videos previously posted somewhere else on YouTube or elsewhere. If you own that video and it has never been uploaded to YouTube before, that’s fine. Other than that, we ask that your content be 100 percent original, is news commentary by your voice and is not animated, and is made for upload on Zennie62 YouTube, and does not have excessive profanity or racist or sexist language.

Talking about racial issues or matters of gender is in general OK, but should not be insulting to anyone. If you are not sure, check with us before you act. So, if you’re making a vlog to report an injustice done to someone or yourself because of race or sex, that is fine.

The Zennie62Media YouTube Network System is like no other. Videos you upload are automatically converted to article posts on several of our sites, like ZennieReport.com, CESLasVegasNews.com, Zennie62Blog.com, NFLNewsbyZennie62.com, and more. So be careful to make a video that does not contain copyrights belonging to someone else be they video or music or audio.

At the end of the day, Zennie62Media encourages you to vlog your view or interview others, or make livestreams of live events where you have a press credential or are just reporting a news happening. We have had several former broadcasters like once-KTVU Channel 2 SF Oakland Reporter Kraig Debro, who made a classic vlog about an arrest in an Emeryville, CA Target Store. You can see it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VamR80HzdOg

  1. Please focus on making vlogs that are horizontal and not vertical, and long-form, not shorts. The simple reason for that is YouTube Shorts are “fooler” videos designed to make you think you’ve gained thousands and millions of views, but then you’re not compensated for it. Too many YouTube Shorts videos can slow your channel’s ability to make money on a per-video-basis. There’s a useful Reddit thread on this topic that’s worth reading. See: https://www.reddit.com/r/NewTubers/comments/193vy4j/so_do_we_all_agree_youtube_shorts_is_not_worth_it/
  2. For NFL Vloggers, please do not make videos with game-clips in them. If you have to refer to images, use photos. Or use a video posted on Twitter that you then, with your finger, point out the aspect of the play you want people to know about. That is effectively making new, instructive, content, and thus falls within the U.S. Fair Use Law.
  3. For sports vloggers, please do not upload any video with The Olympics Rings. Zennie62Media will immediately remove that video before YouTube systems pick it up. We have a long history with The Olympics Rings and copyright, and have changed with the adjustments in the law. The best move is to avoid showing The Olympics Rings in any video-blog, regardless of the vlog.
  4. Zennie62Media encourages using photos in a video that help to describe something. But please do not use videos that have obvious restrictions, like Getty images of celebrities.
  5. Ultimately, Zennie62Media asks that you fall in love with your image and voice and surroundings and to the point where you don’t need to poach someone else’s video for your own work.. In other words, VLOG ANYWHERE, and don’t worry about the setting. You’re a media personality of great worth - act like it. Be confident in your voice. Look at the camera so your eyes connect with the viewer. Then, SAY SOMETHING.
  6. In making vlogs do not upload or record music you do not own. This is YouTube and not Instagram or TikTok. Where you feel you need music, YouTube has a list of copyright-free tunes you can use. Or you are encouraged to make your own music.
  7. Videos you make on Zennie62 YouTube are yours but Zennie62Media reserves the right to remove them if the content violates a copyright or is considered harmful to someone or some group.
  8. Videos you make on Zennie62 YouTube are monetized and the 70 percent revenue share is for life. That is important, because a video can suddenly get hot years after you made it and gain new revenue for you and for Zennie62media.
  9. Zennie62Media will make best efforts to promote you because you’re one of us. So, if you have an event or news you want to share, vlog about it, and also ask us to help you by vlogging or blogging about it.
  10. Revenue: The compensation will be first, a small percentage of Zennie62Media, Inc. stock, 70 percent of the ad revenues your video generates, estimated monthly, then payable after revenue share the next month, 70 percent of any brand deal we enter based on you, payments for client-specific video-blogs not related to the NFL, plus a regular monthly salary negotiated after our funding objectives are reached. If you're looking to get noticed and compensated as an NFL Pundit, this is the perfect platform.
  11. Benefits. At this point, you are considered an independent contractor. In this, Zennie62Media does not have a benefits package other than the stock share. When we're funded, all of this will change and toward some kind of benefits package.
